This week on the season nine opener of The Texas Bucket List we’re rolling out in pursuit of pure Central Texas barbeque treats, learning about a museum packed full of people who just might knock your socks off, and chowing down on a burger made by descendants of Davey Crocket himself.
First, a real knockout of a stop at the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in downtown Wichita Falls. Cowboy Johnny Mantell serves as our reminiscent tour guide as he shares some of his favorite artifacts and wrestling stories.
Next, we find ourselves in Big Spring at the Wagon Wheel where we eat a burger that quickly became a classic after its introduction, the pizza burger. Filled with all of the things we love most about two American classics, pizza and burgers, this Texas eat is truly a treat.
We finish this week’s episode fulfilling our wildest BBQ dreams as we travel all over Central Texas gobbling up the best meaty treats in the Lone Star State. We’ll make stops at Valentina’s Tex Mex BBQ, Kreuz Market, Snow’s BBQ, and Louie Mueller Barbecue. This is a trip you and your taste buds won’t want to miss!
So get ready to knock out your taste buds and eat up some wrestling history in this episode of The Texas Bucket List.
